Privacy Policy

Remote Coach Desk (“we”, “us”) is a coaching operations product. The operator of this deployment is the controller of coach and athlete data collected through the service. Contact: ytldog95@gmail.com.

What we process: coach and client profiles (name, email), biometric daily summaries (steps, sleep, HRV, session flags), form-check videos and coach annotations, training blocks, invite tokens, and billing metadata from Stripe (customer id, plan, subscription status — not full card numbers).

Why: to run your coaching workspace — roster, week board, form review, client portal, digests, and paid seat entitlements. We process this data to provide the service you subscribe to, and to secure accounts.

Where it lives: Live mode uses your configured Supabase project (database + auth) and optional Cloudinary (or local uploads) for video. Stripe processes payment. Resend may send transactional email (invites, confirmations, digests). Wearable providers you connect may process recovery data before it reaches Remote Coach Desk.

What we don’t do: We do not sell athlete health data or use it for advertising. Remote Coach Desk is an operations tool, not a medical device — summaries are for coaching decisions, not diagnosis or treatment.

Access & sharing: Portal and share URLs use unguessable IDs. Treat them like passwords; anyone with the link can view that athlete’s week or review. Coaches control who they invite. Operator admin access is limited to allowlisted emails.

Retention & deletion: Coaches can archive clients and delete reviews in the product. For a full erasure request (account or athlete data), email ytldog95@gmail.com with the relevant email address. We will delete or anonymize data we control within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

Your rights: Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact us at the address above to exercise those rights.
